Buyer’s checklist
Choosing an outbound agency: 7 questions
Use these questions in every intro call with an agency, including ours.
The questions
- Who exactly is calling? Ask whether they are experienced callers or a call centre reading a script.
- What counts as a qualified meeting? Agree up front when a meeting counts.
- Can you see what happens? A good agency shows you every week how many conversations happened and what came out of them.
- How do they prepare each call? Ask whether every call is prepared with research on the company and the person.
- Which markets and languages do they cover? Check that they know your market and which language they call in.
- How soon do the first meetings come? A good agency is live within 1 to 2 weeks, including building the list.
- What are you paying for? Ask whether you pay per hour, per month or per booked meeting.
