About Julie (Founder of Cloze)

For me it all started in 2011, selling door to door. The best learning school there is, with the most unfiltered version of sales. My first big career move came in 2014 when I became the managing lead of my own sales branch. I built and led a team, I was hiring, training and managing 100+ salespeople simultaneously. This success took me to eventually leading multiple sales branches in the Netherlands and eventually moving beyond borders, helping expand the formula into the German market.

After almost a decade in direct sales, I switched to selling B2B. From selling software (SaaS) and data to professional services internationally: no matter the industry or product, I kept seeing the same mistakes: companies chasing trends, overloading their teams with tools, and losing sight of what truly drives sales. Strong fundamentals, compelling stories, and a culture that fuels success.

That’s why I started Cloze. To strip away the noise and help businesses build simple, scalable sales processes that actually help you grow your revenue.
